Jake Maddux

A Marine Corps Veteran, Jake has worked for many wineries, breweries, and restaurants before opening his own concept devoted to a new and exciting way to experience food and beer. Jake was the creative visionary behind one of America’s most innovative and creative food and beer concepts, The Brewer’s Table, in Austin, TX. Jake joins us as Executive Chef bringing you smoked meats, veggies, and new creations to the area.

Restaurant/Brewery

Although we are a brewery and brew all of our own beer, we understand sometimes you’d just like a glass of wine or a cocktail. We have those too!

Garage Taproom

The Garage Taproom serves 12 beers on tap, wine, and cocktails and also has a Specialty Cocktail Menu just for the Garage space.
